This is one of the most prestigious names, and sought after wines, in the Rhone Valley. The estate is run organically and the wine is a blend of the 6 white varietals permitted. The wine has MLF blocked and sees no oak whatsoever to retain all the freshness possible. The grapes are hand harvested and only natural yeasts are used while aged on its lees for 5 months.
