The second wine of the Chateau Carbonnieux estate. It is 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Semillon aged in Stainless steel to preserve it's fruit intensity. There is a nice roundness to the wine from the presence of Semillon and hints of tropical fruit.....excellent quality.
