A sweet wine made as in their neighbouring communes of Sauternes or Barsac. On the Ceron river and made from 90% Semillon, 6% Sauvignon Blanc and 4% Muscadelle.
Since 2012 they have been committed to the EMS (Environmental Management System) scheme, and they obtained both HEV (High Environmental Value) certification and ISO 14001 status in 2019.
Year after year they work to implement new agroecological practices at the estate, both in the vineyard and cellar: monitoring vines on a plot-by-plot basis, planting cover crops, mechanical weedkilling, use of organic products, etc.
