A young winery, Mas Candí started its activity in 2006 and is located in Les Gunyoles d'Avinyonet, at the gates of the Massís del Garraf. They are farmers and winegrowers who wanted to continue the cultivation of the vines that our grandparents had planted and that the family had kept since the 17th century. Respectful of nature and in search of the natural balance of the vines, they work them ecologically and with minimal intervention. They are proponents of the native varietals which have been cultivated in the region for centuries and continue to show their adaptability in changing times and climatic conditions.
Their Brut Nature is a blend of Xarello, Macabeu, Sumoll and Parellada from their own vineyards planted on clayey-calcareous soils.
Fermented with native yeasts and aged for 24 months and bottled sans dosage.
Fresh and light there are notes of Mediterranean white fruit stand out, with light notes of bakery. In the mouth, it is very dry, with persistent but elegant bubbles.
