Mantinia wine region in the Peloponnese. Organically farmed and suitable for vegans, using the Moschoifilero grape. This aromatic grape, grown at 650metres altitude is chilled after harvest to preserve/heighten the fragrance and fermented in stainless steel to retain the tension in the wine. It has a medium body with citrus freshness, a white flower bouquet , and soft red apple character.
