Florent Baumard took over the running of this prestigious estate from his father. It has been run sustainably for 50 years. The wines are textured and dry made from Chenin Blanc. It has layers of stony/chalkiness, lemon and lime and a note of honey blossom which will increase as the wine matures and a hint gun smoke or damp straw. This family estate prefers to let the 'terroir' shine through. The wines are fermented and aged in stainless steel for 9 months on their lees.
