An impressive wine made by Philippe Chesnelong in the hills in the Valros Commune in Herault, Languedoc. He follows careful organic principles on these volcanic soils and blends Cabernet Sauvignon with Syrah and Mourvedre . They are aged for 16 months in French oak. These are silky in texture , hints of new oak vanilla, polished ripe blackberry fruits, mint and fine rounded tannins. This is full bodied but nicely balanced and capable of cellaring for 5 years.
