Antoine Bouvet works with 5ha of vines in the eastern end of the Marne Valley. He works alone since 2015 and follows biodynamic principles. His vines are organic. This is a rose assemblage, 84% Vin Blanc and 16% Vin Rouge. Its is comprised of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. Its is Extra Brut with a dosage of 3g/L.
