"There's a new super pale rosé, almost a blanc de noirs. The 2023 Arrossa mixes Garnacha from Navarra and Rioja produced with the juice of direct pressing to achieve crunchy red fruit and citrus notes. It has a flinty and reductive nose, stony, mineral and serious, vibrant with a salty touch. The palate is light and fresh; it didn't go through malolactic fermentation; and it was bottled unoaked. It has moderate ripeness, 13% alcohol, a pH of 3.1 and notable acidity, 7.1 grams. 1,249 bottles were filled in April 2024."
