Raventi³s i Blanc is a winery with one of the longest documented winegrowing traditions in the world. The family farm where our wines are now produced has belonged to the Raventi³s family since 1497. Five centuries working 90 hectares of vines and forest, a dynasty closely associated with the land from one generation to the next. Today, Pepe Raventi³s, who represents the twenty-first generation of the family, farms 44 plots using biodynamic winegrowing methods.
The best Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes from the historic Vinya dels Fòssils vineyard are used to produce this De la Finca wine. Each variety and plot are fermented separately, to ensure the typicity and maximum expression of the grapes comes through in the final blend. A splendid dry wine with fine bubbles and an abundant complexity, it exudes aromas of smoke, fennel and undergrowth.
