Benoit Marguet this Pinot Noir/Chardonnay blend of 'Grower Champagne' using zero dosage in used oak casks. He certified both organic and biodynamic and uses very low SO2. For very personal reasons he avoids the use of chemicals. These are terroir driven champagnes made in Ambonnay in the Montage de Reims.
