Laurent and Julien Brechet make this Rhone Cru wine in the village of Lirac. They use a blend of 45% Syrah, 40% Cinsault, 10% Grenache and 5% Mourvedre. The wine is aged in underground cement vats for 10 months before bottling. The blend and ageing process contribute to the delicacy of the wine style. Redcurrant, spice and earthy notes but the wine is lighted and is less punchy that the usual Cotes du Rhone. 02/22
