Under Maddalena Pasquetti the wines from the estate are more elegant and more expressive of the varietal and the place. The soils are unusual in that they are rich in iron and manganese and may account for the perfume and subtlety which defines the wine. 100% cabernet sauvignon organically managed and biodynamic principles followed. The vineyards are 300metres altitude. 

Aged in a combination of large oak, cement and bottle before release.
