The Cerasuolo di Vittoria Classico by Cos is a red wine vinified in cement tanks. A complex range of scents can be felt on the nose: notes of black currant, blackberry, dried rose and rhubarb, of Mediterranean scrub, black pepper and tobacco. On the palate it is soft and expressive, fresh and persistent. Organic Wine, made with old style artisanal methods.
60% Nero d'Avola and 40% Frappato di Vittoria. Vines at 230 metres altitude. A delicate 12.5% ABV.
