Etienne Calsac is one of the most exciting young producers in the Cotes des Blancs. He took over the family domaine in 2010 aged 26, and has determined to grow all his grapes under the Lutte Raisonnee methodology. His incisive and pure Chardonnay-based champagnes are an exceptional interpretation of the chalky terroir surrounding Avize.
100% Chardonnay from the Cote de Blancs, Grand Vallee de la Marne and Cote de Sezanne, first fermentation is in stainless steel with aging for approximately 24 months on lees. There is about 30% reserve wines added and 2g/L of Dosage. Disgorged January 2023
