Made by former Domaine de Roches Neuves owner Denis Duveau and his son Gregoire, this is a wine of the terroir of Chile. Grown at 450m the vines are ploughed, no weedkillers are used and no chemicals are required in the winemaking either.
Fermented in stainless steel and completely unoaked, this wine expresses greenery on the nose in abundance: capsicum, green bean and mint pea, but there is plenty of red fruit, bitter chocolate and a lovely length on the palate.
