Monte D'All Ora Vino Nato Disobbediente 1litre, Verona, Italy 2021 ^Sale

Alessandra and Carlo Venturini make this Natural wine in Castelroto outside Verona. The soils are limestone and the vineyards are in an amphitheatre like site facing southeast. This is 60% Corvinone and 40% Molinara. Natural yeasts ferment the wine in cement tanks. No fining takes place and no SO2 is used during the winemaking.
