100% furmint late harvested and Botrytised aged in 90% used oak Hungarian cask for 11months. It gives rise to a fresher style, ripe pineapple with hints of candied orchard fruit and caramelised apple.
It is a declassified Tokaji which requires at least 2 years barrel/bottle ageing before release.
