Pardas Sumoll Rosat is a rose wine from the D.O Pendès region and produced by Celler Pardas. This wine is produced using only Sumoll (100%) grapes, grown on vineyards that lie in the south east at an altitude of around 401 metres. At no point in the production of this wine are herbicides, insecticides nor chemical products used.
Pardas Sumoll Rosat is a rosé wine, with a beautiful raspberry hue, that on the nose offers aromas reminiscent of red berries accompanied by a very refreshing citrus touch. On the palate, it presents a pleasant volume and a balanced acidity. A rosé wine with a subtle rustic touch, imparting character and complexity, and a slightly saline finish.
