1006 Vines de Loire is run by Pauline Lair and is name after the Length of the Loire river. Her wines are a reflection of the whole of the Loire, by selecting growers with a respect for the terroir and an adherence to the principles of organic viticulture. Her wines are all spontaneously fermented, with minimal elevage and a respect for the terroir.
A richly flavoured Gamay from the relatively unknown southerly Loire region of Côtes du Forez. A gastronomic wine, From a single plot vineyard, with a nose of spices and black fruits, fleshy and silky palate.
