Winemaker Filippo Baccalaro of the Farnese group, is the driving force behind this label. A native Piedmontese who has spent 20 years working in Puglia, has been seduced by the rich ripe flavours of the available fruit and its ability to make outstanding wines with the minimal of intervention.

This Salice is a bright and intense wine. Full bodied, with intense aromas of red fruit and sweet spice and herb, it has great structure and a long, fresh finish.
