Yves Cuilleron has a very personal and respectful method of growing the vines and treating the soils. He follows a Lutte Raisonnee methodology . He is the 3rd generation winemaker.The Bonnivieres Lieu-Dit is on east facing slopes (cooler site) and at altitude. This is 100% Syrah and received 50% new Oak treatment for 18 months.
