From one of the oldest bodegas in Jerez, famed for their sherry production this is a dry unfortified white wine. vineyards located at 135 metres above sea level on the white albariza soil. Made with 100% Palomino  and aged in used sherry casks for 6-8 months. This imparts a distinct 'fino' note , a nuttiness to this bone dry wine. It's full of energy and freshness. It's perfect with salted almonds, paella or garlic prawns.
