This estate is run by three siblings who are regarded as amongst the leading estates in the region. The Verdicchio vines are grown on limestone soils on sloping hills facing east and benefit from the cooling sea breezes of the Adriatic Sea. They are organic , converting to Biodynamics and use minimal SO2. The grapes are hand harvested, fermented with natural yeasts and aged in stainless steel without temperature control for 7/8 months then in bottle for 5 months before release.
This wine is a youthful, fruit-driven style and a perfect introduction to the verdicchio grape.
