Georg Prieler is an exceptional winemaker working organically in Burgenland. He was selected as Vintner of the Year in Austria. His Gemischter Satz ( a DAC for field blend wines , fermented dry with no more than 12.5% ABV and using at least 3 varietals) is a blend of Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc, Welschriesling, Gruner Veltliner and Muscat. Chalky and dry with lime blossom notes , hints of spice some texture and cool orchard fruits. This would be perfect with spicy food, like a chicken curry or spicy pork meat balls.
