From the bottom of the Volnay commune in a lieu-dit named Lamboits, but still on the ‘right 
side’ of the road (i.e on the west side, where the soil is deeper). This is incredibly generous 
Pinot. Open, succulent and showing a mixture of red and dark fruits that verge on almost New 
World opulence. Despite the exuberance, Bouley achieves elegance and freshness and the wine 
finishes with a beautiful balance on the long finish. This is excellent Bourgogne
