This is classic Malbec from the Uco Valley, with the typical purplish colour and the fruity aromas of fresh plums, black fruit and blackberry mingled with the aroma of violets and a little sweet vanilla.
The winery runs on a sustainable model. All water is recycled, and cover crops and natural fertilizers are used. They have been certified since 2010 for sustainability and biodiversity and have installed a 125 acre nature reserve at the winery.
