Nicolas Grosbois farms 9ha of organic vineyards in the Chinon Appelation. he came back to the family farm in 2008 having gained experience in vineyards around the world.
This wine is produced from 100% Cabernet Franc, hand harvested and aged for 8 months in concrete tanks.
