The Crémant d’Alsace, a blend of Pinot blanc, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, has a lovely and delicate crisp apple and creamy citrus nose. The palate is fresh and dry, with ripe green apple, lime and mineral character. A leading Biodynamic producer.
