Bodega Matsu is a sustainable vinicultural project, using biodynamic practices. All their wines are made using 100% Tinta de Toro ( Tempranillo) . Toro is a very hot region and their wines reflect that in their style. They are full rich and broody.
Very limited production as vines over 100 years old are used. This is aged for 16 months in new French oak so vanilla spice and a smooth roundness defines this full bodied red.
