Bodega Matsu is a sustainable vinicultural project, using biodynamic practices. All their wines are made using 100% Tinta de Toro ( Tempranillo) . Toro is a very hot region and their wines reflect that in their style. They are full rich and broody.
Very old vines are used, 90 years old. it spends 14 months in used oak before bottling. Suitable for vegans.
