Bodega Matsu is a sustainable vinicultural project, using biodynamic practices. All their wines are made using 100% Tinta de Toro ( Tempranillo) . Toro is a very hot region and their wines reflect that in their style. They are full rich and broody.
This wine is aged and fermented in cement vats , emphasising the varietal character of the wine.
