This wine is made from de-classified Savennieres fruit from the highly regarded estate, Domaine aux Moines. Monica Laroche and her daughter Tessa follow organic and biodynamic practices . 100% Chenin Blanc aged in stainless steel for 9 months. We loved this when we tried it recently. The focus of the wine is it's minerality, but the tension and textural quality set this wine apart.
