Oronce de Beler is a wine maker to watch and follow. He owns no land but designed horse drawn ploughs for use by leading biodynamic wine producers. This gave him unique access to these producers. He began buying grapes in the early 2000's and making very precise wines with little or no SO2 additions. I have tasted many of his wines and the 2019 Gevrey demonstrates his full potential to make age worthy Burgundy that has precision, clarity and intensity. This is a natural wine without any of those unwanted characters.
