Javi Revert and Victor Marqués, two close friends who worked together in Celler del Roure have collaborated together and created this exciting project in Valencia. Their goal is to work with rare indigenous varietals.
White varietals ,95% Merseguera / 5% Chardonnay are used which are up to 45 years old.
The wine is fermented and aged in a mixture of both cement tanks and old foudres.
