A fierce proponent of terroir, and rejecting some of current market fashions, winemaker Gonzalo Gonzalo has set about working with nature and the land to made his wines. Working organically and biodynamically, his wines are unfiltered, unfined, unoaked and use the minimal amounts of sulphites as possible.
This 100% tempranillo red wine, is full of juicy red fruits with flavours of cherry, raspberry and strawberry, and has a clean mineral streak that lasts throughout. A wonderful example of a great natural wine, at a great price.
