This is the 15th edition of this limited release from Tio Pepe. First appearing in 2009, 'En Rama' is the unfiltered version of their cornerstone Fino release, made from a selection of 98 Butts all around the 5 years of age mark. Each yearly saca shows a slightly different character, linked to the climatic conditions, and drinking an en rama bottling is the closest you can get to drinking it straight for the cask at the vineyard.  This years release is fresh and salty with a bone-dry palate that carries notes of proving bread, raw almonds, lemons and tart green apples.
