Gilles Troullier began his wine journey working for the Chapoutier Family in the Southern Rhone before moving to Roussillon to manage their holdings there. At the same time he also bought some vineyards to make his own wines .
Deci is 100% Macabeu, aged in old oak and cement. It is a restrained and mineral, but with lovely stone fruits aromas and a touch of fresh mint. On the palate there is a savoury note, lemon rind and almond flavours. It finishes with great length and a remarkable persistence. A wonderful wine experience.
