The Cantina di Gambellara is a co-op founded in 1947, of about 300 members, based in a small denomination on the border between the provinces of Vicenza and Verona, only a few miles east of Soave.

Grapes for this wine are grown on volcanic soils in the village of Gambellara. It has yellow peach aromas and a touch of spice, adding complexity and balancing the pronounced minerality and a long finish..
