Dominique Lucas makes this Chasselas in cement eggs with a very low SO2 input. It is intensely mineral in focus an lovely texture and great length. His spectacular wines are the finest wines using Chasselas that we have encountered. He has 7.5 h/a of vines that are certified organic and are biodynamically farmed. He uses very low levels of SO2 on bottling.
