Vincent Boyer has rigidly adhered to traditional winemaking philosophies. He is the 4th generation owner of these vines and the en l'Ormeau lieu-dit was planted in 1924. The vineyard is south of the village in rich clay soil. His Meursault is aged in 10% new oak. This is classic Meursault which has good freshness balancing the butterscotch notes and creamy texture.
