As the name suggests, this is a Chenin Blanc from the Loire. A light and expressive wine, there are aromas and flavours of lemon, lime and orange peel which mingle with mineral notes, ending with racy acidity and freshness. Aged and fermented with natural yeasts in old cask, filtered but not fined and very low Sulphur additions. The vines are sustainably farmed and undergoing organic conversion.
