Jose Antonio is working sustainably in the vineyards and in the cellar. Only organic fertilisers are used and they no longer use herbicides or other aggressive chemical treatments. The wines lean towards a fuller richer style but with great structural balance and texture. There is a roundness and silkiness that makes this Roble very attractive. Aged for 5 months in oak, just enough to add a touch of vanilla but not so much to mask the 100% Tinta Fina (Tempranillo) fruit.
