Tom Yaps and Ben Chipman collaborate to make these wines in a distinctly 'un-Barossa' Valley way . 30% whole-bunch aged in 30% used wood and the balance in stainless steel. There is a distinct old world energy to the wines which are unfiltered and un-fined. Fragrant fresh aromas of red berry with spice and earth coming through on the palate. Chilling slightly will work with the brightness of fruit.
