A wine from the Great Southern region of Western Australia. The wines bouquet has aromas of white peach, cashew and fresh brioche. The palate is balanced between the vibrant stone fruit profile and more savoury notes of nougat, buttered toast and biscuits from the time on lees. The backbone of acidity is complemented by a depth and complexity from the barrel fermentation.
