Luis Gutiérrez of Wine Advocate call this vintage of Pingus 'hedonistic and a Pingus of finesse' Peter Sisseck converted the estate to biodynamics in 2000 and is working to achieve less wood influence in the finished wines. This vintage the wine was fermented in 2,000 Lt oak casks and then aged in 2nd use barrels. It is approximately 98% Tempranillo (Finto Fino).
