Mount Horrocks is the brainchild of Stephanie Toole, founded in 1993 before she bought land in 2000 to begin growing her own grapes. Focusing on small production to keep up the quality of the wine, all her vineyards are maintained using orgnaic and biodynamic principles.
This is a sweet, unbotrytized wine of impeccable purity. Candied lime and pineapple aromas and flavors are laser-focused, while the medium-bodied palate is silky in texture and the finish is crisp and gently chalky.
