Founded in 1980 by Mariano García in memory of his father, Bodegas Mauro has been committed to excellence from the very beginning. Balanced and elegant wines meant for aging which assert the identity of each terroir and the attributes of the different varieties.
Made from organic grapes selected from 90 hectares of vineyards and fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and aged for 15 months in oak, this is mostly Tempranillo with a touch of those international grapes Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Complex with fresh and floral aromas, this wine is approachable young but can benefit from some time in the bottle.
