Martin and his wife Patricia practise biodynamic and organic viticultural winemaking in the O'Rosal sub-region of Rias Baixas in Northern Spain. This blend of Caino, Castanal and Sousan aged in a mixture of new and old oak give us a surprisingly rich concentrated wine for the region where so many of the wines are light and juicy. This has some similar characteristics with the Syrah wines of North Rhone.
