An impressive wine made by Philippe Chesnelong in the hills in the Valros Commune in Herault, Languedoc. He follows careful organic principles .A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah , Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvedre . They are aged for 18 months in used French oak. These are silky in texture , a complex wine with leather and spice, Mediterranean warm fruits of dates, prunes, spices with clove and a long elegant finish. It is a full bodied and powerful wine but brilliantly balanced.
